Claims (1)
- 平坦な板面もしくは中央部より周辺部へ傾斜し
た凸状の板面を有するプレートと、そのプレート
を下方から熱する加熱部材とからなるホツトプレ
ートにおいて、プレートの板面に刻設された複数
本数の第１の油溝と、プレートの周辺部に所要の
深さで形成された第２の油溝とを備えることを特
徴とするホツトプレート。
