- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 一誘電体基板上にバンドパスフイルタ回路
部とスイツチング回路部とを設け、上記フイルタ
回路を構成するコンデンサの一部を誘電体基板及
びその表裏面に形成された電極により構成し、該
電極の面積を変更することにより特性調整を行う
ようにしたことを特徴とする複合回路部品。 (2) 前記誘電体基板はセラミツクである実用新
案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の複合回路部品。
