したリンクアームと、該リンクアームを開口外へ
回動付勢するバネ部材と、上記リンクアームの先
端に本体部が軸着されるとともに先端を車両ウイ
ンドの上記他端に軸着した操作レバーと、突出状
態にて、上記リンクアームの内端回動位置で上記
操作レバーを係止固定するとともに、退入操作に
より上記操作レバーとの係止を解消する係止部材
