Claims (1)
面にラツクギヤを具えた柱材と、下端に脚座を有
し、その上部に足踏ペダルが突設されたステー部
材との間に、揺動桿の両端を夫々ピンを介して連
結し、前記ステー部材の上端に前記ラツクギヤに
噛合するピニオンが軸架されたピニオン取付部材
を枢支するとともに、同取付部材に前記ピニオン
に係脱する錠止部材を枢着してなることを特徴と
