能な押え蓋を配置し、この押え蓋の頂部と弁棒の
端部を頂面の押込み位置で開封刃が袋容器を破壊
するように連結し、前記弁棒の外面と基台の孔と
に、弁棒の押込み位置で互に連通し、容器の内部
を基台と押え蓋の間に形成した減圧室と連通させ
