【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、ツールプリセツタの回転スリーブ
などへ工具ホルダを装着するためのシヤンク固定
装置に関する。マシニングセンタに用いられる工
具ホルダのシヤンク端形状は、引きねじ方式やプ
ルスタツド方式があるが、これらは種類が多く、
ツールプリセツタにおいてもこのような形状の変
化に対応する必要性がある。従来こういつた要求
から、たとえば実開昭57−122344号公報に示すよ
うに、回転スリーブの内部に設けてあるチヤツキ
ングユニツトのみを迅速交換するよう構成した装
置が考案されている。この考案装置は、それより
古くから行なわれていた。回転スリーブ自体を交
換する装置に比べ、交換操作の容易さ等において
実用的であるが、迅速交換構造が複雑であり、且
つ交換操作が、先ずハンドルを回わして工具ホル
ダのシヤンクを緩め、その後に締め付けナツト3
2をスパナで緩めてそれから手で回わしてチヤツ
キングユニツトを下方へ抜き出すため、やはり手
間がかかると共に面倒であるという欠点を有して
いる。
