Claims (1)
- 成形型に充填したチヨコレート上面にシートを
被せるシート供給手段と、チヨコレート上に被せ
た前記シートとともに成形型を反転させる手段と
、反転した成形型の底面を殴打してチヨコレート
を成形型より取外すハンマリング手段とを備えた
チヨコレートの成形型取外し装置において、前記
反転手段とハンマリング手段との間に、成形型に
ひねりを与えてチヨコレートを成形型より剥離す
る第１及び第２ひねり手段を配設し、該第１ひね
り手段は、前記成形型の一方の対角隅部を上方よ
り押える押え部材と、他方の対角隅部を下方より
押上げる押上げ部材とを備え、前記第２ひねり手
段は、前記成形型の他方の対角隅部を上方より押
える押え部材と、一方の対角隅部を下方より押上
げる押上げ部材とを備えたことを特徴とするチヨ
コレートの成形型取外し装置。
