Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 外部交流電源から供給された交流の整流を
行うダイオード整流回路と、前記ダイオード整流
回路からの整流出力の平滑を行う平滑コンデンサ
とからなるコンバータ回路において、 ダイオード整流回路の入力側に接続された抵抗
器とリレーの接点の並列回路と、前記外部交流電
源の投入時に前記リレーの接点の閉動作を遅延さ
せる時限手段からなる突入電流防止回路を備えた
ことを特徴とするコンバータ回路。 (2) 前記突入電流防止回路の時限手段は、サー
ミスタを用いたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請
求の範囲第１項記載のコンバータ回路。 (3) 前記サーミスタは、負特性サーミスタを用
いたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
２項記載のコンバータ回路。 (4) 前記サーミスタは、臨界温度サーミスタを
用いたことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
