    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 水冷式半導体装置の冷却装置において、水を作
    動液とするヒートパイプの受熱部を冷却系のスト
    レイジタンク等の冷却水を溜めるタンク内に、埋
    設固定して水冷却器を構成し、その水冷却器を半
    導体装置の収納建屋に取付けて、水冷却器の前記
    ヒートパイプ放熱部が、半導体装置収納建屋の壁
    を貫通して直接外気と接して成ることを特徴とす
    る半導体冷却装置。
