のコイル装置。 (3) 絶縁部材はガラス繊維強化樹脂からなるこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項又
は第２項記載のコイル装置。 (4) 絶縁樹脂は熱硬化性樹脂からなることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項ないし第
