る際に使用されるガス硬化式鋳型造型機における

換は、多数本のボルトを取り外したり取り付けた
りして行わなければならず、非常に時間がかか
り、また、金型のベントプラグ等から混練砂が漏
洩して前記密封空間内に貯るが、この貯つた混練
砂の排出やその密封空間内の清掃等も非常に面倒

本発明は上記の問題を解消するためになされた
もので、以下、本発明の一実施例について図面に
基づき詳細に説明する。1は基礎上に設置された
矩形状の基台で、該基台1の中央位置には上向き
のシリンダ2が設置されている。該シリンダ2は
二重構造のシリンダになつていてそのピストンロ
ツド3にも上向きのシリンダ4が構成されてお
り、さらに、該ピストンロツド3の上端部には、
矩形板状を成すと共に全周縁に高さの低い側壁5
aを設けかつシリンダ4の前蓋にもなつている昇
降テーブル5が固着されている。そして、該昇降
テーブル5の側壁5a上には枠状のシール部材6
が装着されており、かつ昇降テーブル5の隅位置
にはガイドピンを兼ねた排気管7がシリンダ2の
前蓋に設けられたホルダ8に上下摺動自在に嵌合
して垂設されている。該排気管7の下端部は可撓
性配管を介して図示されない硬化ガス中和装置に
連通接続されており、かつシリンダ4のピストン
ロツド9の上端部には後述する押出板17を押上
げるための押上板10が固着されている。また、
前記基台1の四隅位置には支柱11,11が立設
され、該支柱11,11の下段位置には前後方向
に指向する2本の渡し部材12,12が互いに対
向して架設されている。該渡し部材12,12上
にはレール部材13,13が敷設され、該レール
部材13,13上間には昇降テーブル5が通過可
能な開口14aを有する枠体状の台車14が進退
自在に装架されている。該台車14上には昇降テ
