Abstract

ルのニップ間で加圧して積層接着し、これを順次繰返し
所定の厚さ枚数まで積層接着して、最上層にゴム樹脂又
はフェルト等のシート状物を積層接着することによって
製造し針布用基布を構成している。この基布は次に植針
を施して針布としてカード機のシリンダーやドツファ−
等に巻きつけ、予め前処理工程を経て開綿された繊維を
開繊し、引揃えるのpこ使用する。この様tこ針布は回
転するシリンダー、ドツファ−等のドラム等に巻きつけ
られて針と針との間で繊維をばらばらに解きほぐす梳綿
作用を行うので、相当な強度と、植えつけた針の強固な
保持力が要求される。それ故、基布は特に厚さが均一で
抗張力に優れ、張力時の伸びを出来る限シ少なくして、
シリンダー等の回転円筒体にしつか)と巻きしめなけれ
ばならず、しかも運転中に植針した針にかかる負荷に耐
えるように十分な針の変形からの回復を助ける弾力性が
要求される。

硫の進行はゴム糊塗布工程中及び短期貯蔵中の粘度変化
、容器1機械等への付着、固着等、作業加工性に著しい
悪影響を与えるものである。
