スユニツトを所定の挿着位置に案内する案内経路
が、先順に挿着された前記第１プロセスユニツト
に対し所定距離離隔させて平行に案内する第１経
路と、前記第１プロセスユニツトに所定位置まで
漸近させる第２経路と、最終的に前記挿着位置に
案内する第３経路とから成ることを特徴とする画
