けて嵌合孔を形成し、前記樹脂製のオーバーフエ
ンダのオーバーフエンダ本体から突設されたクリ
ツプ部を前記嵌合孔に嵌合させると共に、前記オ
ーバーフエンダ本体から薄肉ヒンジを介して延設
された可動リブの先端部を前記ホイールハウスア
ウタパネルのフランジ部に取付け、該可動リブを
突張り部材としたことを特徴とする自動車用オー
