トヘツドを被覆するキヤツプ部材を支持アームに
よりインクジエツトヘツドに対し接離する方向に
回動可能に配設し、このキヤツプ部材に、吸引ポ
ンプと連通し前記ノズルに嵌合する複数の嵌合部
を形成し、この嵌合部をノズルに嵌合してノズル
内のインクを吸引するようにしたインクジエツト
ヘツドのキヤツプ機構において、前記キヤツプ部
材の支持アームに嵌合する嵌合溝を備えたキヤツ
プガイドを固定的に配設し、このキヤツプガイド
の嵌合溝を、前記キヤツプ部材がインクジエツト
ヘツドから離間しているときにはキヤツプ部材の
回動方向に対し直交する方向への移動を拘束し、
キヤツプ部材がインクジエツトヘツドを被覆する
際にはキヤツプ部材の回動方向に対し直交する方
向への移動を許容するために中間位置においてガ
イド幅が異なるように形成したことを特徴とする
