本考案は、導電異方性弾性コネクタに関するも

子間の接続に導電異方性弾性コネクタが用いられ
ている。かかるコネクタを使用する端子の配列設

うに考慮する必要があつた。何故ならば、コネク
タを曲げて使用すると、端子間へのコネクタの挿
入が行ない難く、また端子間でコネクタがねじれ

実施例について説明すると、第1図は本考案に
係る導電異方性弾性コネクタ1の平面図であつて
線状の導電性部材2がその軸方向に微小な間隔を
あけて絶縁弾性体3中に分散して配置されてい
る。導電性部材2には導電ゴムやカーボングラフ
アイト繊維やステンレスなどの金属細線が用いら
れ、絶縁弾性体3にはシリコーンゴムなどが用い
られる。絶縁弾性体3の一側面には、第2図に示
すように芯材4が各導電性部材2と非接触状態に
保つてその軸方向と直角方向(横方向)に埋設し
てある。芯材4は、鉛、軟鉄、黄銅、アルミニウ
ムなど比較的軟らかくて、塑性変形が容易な材料
を使用する。この芯材4の配置は、実用新案登録
請求の範囲を逸脱しない範囲で自由に変更するこ
とができる。例えば、芯材4を弾性体4の両側面
に設けることもできるし、またこの芯材4が外に
露出しないように第3図示の如く完全にモールド

い並びに端子間への挿入などが容易である。また
従来のように、コネクタの形を保つためのガイド
部材を必要としないから、かかるコネクタ1を使
用した接続構造部の部品点数及び組立が簡単にな
る。さらにかかるコネクタ1を使用する端子部が
一列に配列するように集める必要がなくなるから
その設計の自由度が比較的大きく取れるなど、実
