If durability of 200,000,000 dots or more is important, we manufacture metal wire pins that are hardened by heat treatment and bond them to the wire (brazing, spot welding). etc.) was used.

It was extremely difficult to satisfy the recently required durability of 200 million dots or more.On the other hand, in order to satisfy the durability of 200 million dots or more, wire pins were made of metal and When joining,
In order to strengthen the bonding force and improve the reliability of the bond, methods such as brazing and welding are used. However, in these methods, the wire is heated, so if sufficient control is not carried out, the strength may deteriorate in some areas and the wire may break. Also, the outer diameter of the wire pin needs to be larger than the outer diameter of the return spring that returns the wire, and a certain length in the axial direction is also required to improve workability when bonding to the wire and increase the bonding force. The weight of the wire pin accounts for about 1/3 of the flying part, and to achieve higher speeds, input energy had to be increased.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a wire dot head using a light wire in the flying part, which is suitable for high speed operation.

No deterioration occurs and wire breakage is not induced.

。By energizing the coil 2, an attractive force due to a magnetic field is generated between the core 1a and the plunger 4. Since the fulcrum part of the armature 3 is held down by the coil holding plate 8 by the fulcrum holding spring 7, the tip of the armature 3 presses the wire pin part 5α integrally formed with the wire 5 due to the suction force generated above. According to the above, wire 5 is connected to nose 1
0, is pushed out and pressed against a platen set at the tip of the wire 5. At this time, by placing printing paper and an ink ribbon between the platen and the wire 5, dots are formed on the printing paper. . Next, the attraction force between the core 1a and the plunger 4 is eliminated by stopping the energization of the coil 20, and the wire 5 is returned to its initial position by the spring force of the return spring 9. By repeating the above operation, the wire 5 is returned to the printing position. Compose characters.
