Claims (1)
段を有すると共にこの流体が流れる流体通路を有
する連結部と上記流体通路に開口する取付空間を
有する取付部とを備えたボデイと、このボデイの
取付部の取付空間内に取付けられ、上記連結部の
流体通路内に露出してその露出部に互いに相交わ
る平面内に位置する一対の傾斜面を備えた透明な
光学素子と、この光学素子の一方の傾斜面に入射
光を送込む発光素子と、上記発光素子からの入射
光が光学素子の各傾斜面で全反射された際にその
反射光を受光して上記連結部の流体通路内を流れ
る流体が液体であるか気体であるかを認識する受
光素子とからなることを特徴とする配管内気液識
別装置。 (2) 発光素子が発光ダイオードであり、受光素
子がホトトランジスタである実用新案登録請求の
