Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 射出成形用の金型装置において、少なくとも
１つ以上のスプルーブツシユの穴入口部に設けた
窪み部に貫通穴をもつノズルシートが移動可能に
装着してなることを特徴とする金型装置。 ２ ノズルシートをスプルーブツシユとの接触面
において、スプルーブツシユ側の面が露出して成
形機ノズルに当接し、且つ成型機ノズルとスプル
ーブツシユのセンターが同一芯となる実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載の金型装置。 ３ スプルーブツシユの穴と射出口内壁の間隙が
ノズルシートの移動量より等しいかもしくは大き
くなつていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求
の範囲第１項記載の金型装置。
