なる磁気回路と、センタヨークに対向するサイド
ヨークの内面に配設された永久磁石と、サイドヨ
ークとセンタヨークとの間の空隙内に往復可動に
挿設された可動子コイルとを備えたボイスコイル
型リニヤモータにおいて、前記サイドヨークの中
間部の一部に、前記空隙の幅より短い間隔のギヤ
ツプを設けたことを特徴とするボイスコイル型リ
ニヤモータ。 (2) 前記ギヤツプには非磁性の補強体が埋設さ
