機において、リングを送り出すためのリング収納
ドラム組立体と、リングを引き出し送電線上に当
てリングを閉じる一連の作業をするためのリング
装着機本体とを含み、前記リング収納ドラム組立
体は前記送電線上を移動自在であり数珠つなぎに
された多数の難着雪リングをドラムに渦巻状に巻
いて収納し前記リングを前記リング装着機本体へ
順次送り出せるようになつており、前記リング収
納ドラム組立体のドラムにはリング送り出し方向
と逆向きのトルクがかけられるようになつている
