Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a refrigerant container to be transported by a conventional truck, by dividing the inside of a box-shape housing, opening its one surface, into plural stages and providing a refrigerant tank in common use, temperature sensor for each stage, refrigerant jetting nozzle and a cooling temperature setting button. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a storage housing 1, which enables its one surface to be opened and closed by a door 5, is divided into plural stages by racks 3 able to be drawn out. The housing 1, providing a select switch 8 in each stage, sets a cooling temperature in each stage, and the housing, which detects the temperature by a sensor 13 opening and closing a solenoid valve 13, jets a refrigerant from a nozzle 11. A refrigerant tank 9 in common use is provided in the rack of the lower most stage, feeding the refrigerant to the nozzle in each stage. In this way, a cool keeping container, which can be loaded on an ordinary freight car even with a general cargo being mixed, reduces distributive transport cost. the container is suitable for transporting cool necessary goods to be delivered to the addressee's home.

With the development of home delivery services, home delivery of products that require refrigeration, which can be broadly categorized into frozen, chilled, and cooled products, has become widespread. The common way to keep these products cold during delivery is to store them in foamed plastic containers with dry ice, cold storage agents, ice, etc.
There are problems such as short refrigerated storage time and difficulty in temperature control.Furthermore, when using a dedicated refrigerated truck, there are problems such as the equipment is expensive, general cargo cannot be loaded together, and there is a lot of wasted space. Therefore, the inventor of the present invention has developed a new individual cooling system for each container (Japanese Patent Application Nos. 60-213084, 1982-49986, etc.).

However, in the case of home delivery, it generally goes through routes such as a terminal agent, a center (medium-sized collection point), and a base (large-scale collection point), but it is expected that the number of refrigerated containers will continue to increase in the future. When you think about it, it's the biggest difference between the bases! Container storage systems at I111 transport and base stations have become a major problem, but no system has been proposed to date to meet these demands.

Therefore, the present invention aims to cool each container to a predetermined temperature range during mass transportation between bases, or in places where a large number of containers gather like a base and need to be stored for a certain period of time. It is an object of the present invention to provide a refrigerated container transportation and storage device that can transport and store a large number of refrigerated containers in an orderly manner.

1. Structure of the Invention [Means for Solving Problems] The present invention provides a box-shaped storage with one side open, and a nozzle for spouting cooling gas from a built-in cylinder is installed inside the storage. , the above problems were solved. Usually, a plurality of independent partitions are formed in a storage by inserting a plurality of shelves in an airtight state. In that case, switches for setting the cooling temperature range are installed in each partition.

If all the containers are in the same cooling temperature range, it is sufficient to perform a single operation of turning the main switch on and off after selecting the temperature. In addition, when containers with different cooling temperature bands are placed in each partition, after operating the select switch, each partition is cooled in the selected temperature band.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the figure, reference numeral 1 is a storage, which is usually equipped with casters 2 to make it movable. The storage 1 is partitioned into several stages (six stages in the figure) in a substantially airtight manner by shelves 3 that are fixed or can be pulled out. Six containers 4 are placed on each of the illustrated shelves 3 (four containers are placed on the bottom shelf). 5 is a door, and preferably, in order to avoid heat transfer on the inner surface (usually made of a stainless steel plate) and ensure the independence of each partition, the door is divided so as to correspond to the partitions in the refrigerator; A heat insulating material 6 is interposed between each divided surface. 7

12 is a solenoid valve that controls the cooling gas from the nozzle 11, and is operated by the select switch 8. That is, each partition is set to a temperature range corresponding to, for example, frozen, chilled, tar, etc. Reference numeral 13 denotes a temperature sensor, which is installed in each partition and detects a supercooled state to control the solenoid valve 12, thereby making it possible to control the temperature in each partition. 1
A is an exhaust hole, which is installed in each partition. A lid is attached to the exhaust hole 1a as necessary. A battery 14 serves as a power source for turning on and off the solenoid valve 12 and for powering the temperature sensor 13.

FIG. 2 shows a drawer 15 used to pull out the container 4 placed deep inside the storage 1, and its handle 16 is bent in the middle. After the drawer 15 is placed on the shelf 3 in advance, the container 4 is pushed inward. The container 4 on the front side can be pulled out directly by hand, but if you want to pull out the container 4 on the back side, pull the handle 17 of this puller 15 and the container 4 will be pulled out by the hanging rod 18.
(Fig. 3 (B)). At this time, the handle 16 is broken in half, so it does not get in the way.
