Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 機台の所定位置に着脱自在に装着されて粗
から精に至る複数個のダイを一定間隔に並設保持
するダイブロツクと、上記機台上に着脱自在に装
着されて上記ダイと同数個の素材移送用チヤツク
をダイの並設方向に往復動可能に支持するチヤツ
クブロツクと、上記機台にダイブロツクと対向す
るように装備されたラムに着脱自在に装着される
と共に、上記ダイと同数個のパンチが固設された
パンチブロツクとを有する多段式圧造成形機の工
具自動交換装置であつて、上記機台の側方に交換
ステーシヨンが設けられていると共に、該交換ス
テーシヨンと機台とを跨ぐようにこれらの上方に
架設された搬送レール上を走行して上記機台およ
びラムにおける各ブロツクの装着位置と交換ステ
ーシヨンとの間において各ブロツクを搬送する搬
送体とを有し、上記交換ステーシヨン上には上記
各ブロツクおよびこれら各ブロツクと交換するた
めの交換用の各ブロツクを夫々載置し得る各ブロ
ツクごとのターンテーブルが配設されていると共
に、これら各ターンテーブルが夫々上記搬送体と
の間で各ブロツクを受渡し得る位置に回転並びに
摺動自在とされていることを特徴とする多段式造
成形機の工具自動交換装置。 (2) チヤツクブロツクおよびダイブロツクなら
びにパンチブロツクが夫々油圧により駆動される
固定手段により機台およびラムの所定位置に着脱
自在に取付けられていると共に、搬送体が各ブロ
ツクとの係合部を有し、該係合部が油圧により駆
動されるように構成されていることを特徴とする
実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載された多段
式圧造成形機の工具自動交換装置。 (3) 交換ステーシヨンにおける各ターンテーブ
ルの配設部が工具収納庫とされていることを特徴
とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載され
た多段式圧造成形機の工具自動交換装置。 (4) 交換ステーシヨンにおけるダイブロツク用
ターンテーブルとパンチ用ターンテーブルとが、
夫々に載置されたダイブロツクとパンチブロツク
とを対向近接させて、これら各ブロツクに夫々装
備された複数個のダイとパンチとの芯出し調整作
業をし得る位置に移動可能とされていることを特
徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載さ
れた多段式圧造成形機の工具自動交換装置。
