Claims (1)
- 貯溜槽に貯溜される固形物含有廃水を第１のポ
ンプにより分離膜を有する膜モジユールに圧入し
、固形物を濃縮除去して処理水を系外に排出する
とともに膜モジユールにて濃縮された液は膜モジ
ユール内の液圧を利用して少なくとも一部を上記
固形物含有廃水側に戻し循環させるようにした廃
水処理装置において、貯溜槽より上記廃水を送出
して上記第１のポンプに供給する第２のポンプを
設け、膜モジユールにて濃縮された圧力を有する
液は少なくとも一部または全量を上記第１のポン
プの吸込側に圧力流体として返送する構成とする
ことを特徴とする廃水処理装置。
