Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 軸受の外輪に固着され、前記軸受の内輪に設け
    た周段部との間で非接触シール構造および接触シ
    ール構造を構成するシール環体を備え、 このシール環体が、 前記外輪と内輪との間の軸方向隙間を閉塞する
    状態に設けられた環状部と、 この環状部の内端側に径方向中心に向かつて設
    けられ、前記周段部の側面との間で小間隙を形成
    するとともに、所定の柔軟性を有する主リツプと
    、 前記軸受内方に内輪の外周面に沿つて突出する
    状態に設けられ、前記内輪の周段部近傍の外周面
    との間で前記小間隙と連続する小間隙を形成する
    補助リツプと、 前記主リツプの内端側に形成され、前記周段部
    の外周面に対向した状態でこの周段部の側面に軽
    く当接する環状凸部 とからなり、 シール環体の前記環状部に前記主リツプの一部
    まで入り込む１枚の環状の芯金が埋設され、 この芯金の一部が前記シール環体の補助リツプ
    に臨む状態に折り曲げられているとともに、この
    芯金の前記補助リツプに対応する位置に軸受外方
    と軸受内方とを連通する複数の通路が形成されて
    いることを特徴とする軸受の密封装置。
