自動車用パツケージトレイの補強構造を説明する
ための図であり、第１図はその裏面から見た斜視
図、第２図はその要部の拡大斜視図、第３図はそ
の上面から見た斜視図、第４図はその断面側面図
、第５図は上記実施例の変形例を示す要部拡大断
面図である。 図において、１はパツケージトレイ（樹脂製部
品）、２はトレイ本体、５は支持突起部（補強部
材埋設部）、６は丸棒（補強部材）、７はスリツ
トである。
自動車用パツケージトレイの補強構造を説明する

の上面から見た斜視図、第４図はその断面側面図
、第５図は上記実施例の変形例を示す要部拡大断
面図である。 図において、１はパツケージトレイ（樹脂製部
品）、２はトレイ本体、５は支持突起部（補強部
材埋設部）、６は丸棒（補強部材）、７はスリツ
トである。
Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 樹脂製部品の所要部に棒状の補強部材を埋
設固定してなる補強構造において、上記補強部材
埋設部の少なくとも一部に該補強部材の外表面に
到達し、かつ該補強部材の軸方向に延びるスリツ
トを形成したことを特徴とする樹脂製部品の補強
構造。 (2) 上記樹脂製部品が、自動車のリヤシート後
方に配置され、小物等を載置する樹脂製パツケー
ジトレイであり、該パツケージトレイの裏面に複
数の突起部を所定間隔をあけて、かつ同一直線上
に一体形成し、該突起部に鉄製丸棒を挿通固定す
るとともに、該突起部に上記スリツトを形成した
ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
記載の樹脂製部品の補強構造。
