Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable a manager to objectively evaluate a project inputting information required for management of the project to generate a project plan and to diagnose the progressing project. CONSTITUTION:A project information input program 2 inputs information required for management of the project from a KB/display device and stores it in a disc device 3. A project plan generating and diagnosing program 4 generates the project plan or diagnoses the cost, the possibility of schedule generation, or the like of the project, whose plan is already started, on a basis of information stored in the disc device 3, and information to compare the project plan with a valid project plan is generated if the project plan is erroneous. An output program 6 outputs results of the program 4 stored in the disc device 5 to a display device 7 or a printer 8 in accordance with the indication of an operator.

The project information input program 2 inputs the project scale, schedule, cost, personnel, novelty of technology, machine environment, etc. from the KB/display device and stores them in the disk device 3. The project plan creation diagnosis program 4 diagnoses the cost, schedule feasibility, etc. for the creation of a project plan or a project that is already in progress, based on the information stored in the disk device 3, and prevents incorrect project planning. For this purpose, create information to compare with a reasonable project plan. This information is stored in the disk device 5. The output program 6 outputs the results of the program 4 stored in the disk device 5 to the display device 7 or printer 8 according to an operator's instructions.
