第１図ないし第３図は本考案の一実施例による
連続焼鈍炉におけるシール構造を説明するための
もので、第１図はその炉蓋を装着した状態を示す
断面図、第２図はその炉蓋を取り外した状態を示
す断面図、第３図はその連続焼鈍炉を示す断面図
、第４図及び第６図は本実施例の実験方法を説明
するための図、第５図及び第７図はその実験結果
を示す特性図、第８図は従来のシール構造を示す
断面図である。 図において、１は連続焼鈍炉（熱処理炉）、４
ａ，６ａは開口、５，７は炉蓋、９はシール受座
、１０はシール金物、１２は石綿発泡材（シール
部材）、１３は樹脂製スポンジ（弾性部材製復元
体）である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 炉本体に形成された開口に炉蓋を着脱自在
    に配設してなる熱処理炉において、上記開口と炉
    蓋との間をシールする構造であつて、上記炉本体
    の開口縁部又は炉蓋周縁部のいずれか一方にシー
    ル受座を形成し、該シール受座内に耐熱性シール
    部材を充填配置し、他方に上記炉壁の装着時に上
    記シール部材を押圧するシール金物を固着し、上
    記シール部材内の上記シール金物と対向する位置
    に、上記炉蓋の取り外し時にシール部材の復元を
    補助する弾性部材製復元体を埋設したことを特徴
    とする熱処理炉におけるシール構造。 (2) 上記耐熱性シール部材が石綿発泡材であり
    、上記弾性部材製復元体が樹脂製スポンジである
    ことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項
    記載の熱処理炉におけるシール構造。
