A wire bundle consisting of a large number of wires is stored in a distribution board or a distribution box, and a desired wire is selectively connected to a terminal of a connecting part such as a fixed terminal block from the wire bundle.
There is power distribution or power distribution equipment that electrically connects the electric wire from the terminal of this component to a desired wiring path. Such equipment uses a duct for storing a bundle of electric wires, and the electric wires are branched from this duct. This duct generally has a U-shaped main body with a large number of wire outlet holes provided in the direction across the sides on both sides and is integrated with the bottom, and a lid that is attached to the ends of both U-shaped sides and covers the main body. It is made up of The bottom surface of the duct is attached to, for example, a vertical surface of the distribution board, a bundle of wires is accommodated in the U-shaped space, and a desired unit wire is pulled out from the bundle of wires and attached to the distribution board, etc. A branch line is connected to and from a terminal of the fixed terminal block, or from another terminal electrically connected to the terminal. In this duct, the cap attached to the duct must be attached and removed each time the number of unit wires in the bundle of wires housed in the duct is increased or decreased. However, if the free space on the lid is used after the cap is attached and the fixed terminal block is attached there, the space will be used more efficiently. Therefore, Hondekajin filed a utility model registration application in Utility Model Application No. 57-20770 for a wiring bundle duct in which a fixed terminal block is movably and detachably attached to the duct in order to utilize the play space. The above-filed duct has a structure in which a lead-out hole for drawing out electric wires is formed only on one side, and one wire is drawn out from a bundle of wires housed in the duct through the lead-out hole, and the upper surface of the duct is It is suitable for connecting to a wiring connection component attached to a terminal, that is, a terminal of a fixed terminal block, and wiring the drawn-out electric wire directly to a predetermined department via the terminal of the fixed terminal block. However, when electrically connecting any wire in one wire bundle to one wire in another wire bundle housed in another duct, each duct has its own terminal block for wire connection. Therefore, between the terminal block dedicated to one duct where the arbitrary electric wire is attached to the one duct in which it is housed, and the respective terminals of the other terminal block dedicated to the other duct attached to the other duct. An orderly wire connection is achieved by electrically connecting the wires, so any wire in the wire bundle in one of the ducts can be connected to two terminal blocks, one in the terminal block of one duct and the other in the other duct. It must be connected to one wire of the wire bundle in the other duct via a terminal block. In this way, there are two groups of electric wires, and in order to connect two desired electric wires between them, the apparatus of the duct disclosed in the above application has to be complicated. It is also desirable to perform such wiring using a compact device.

This invention arranges two groups of electric wires separately so that they do not coexist in one duct, and connects one or the other group of electric wires to a desired wire via a terminal on a terminal block attached to the top of the duct. wires interfering with each other,
It is possible to withdraw without any interference, and
The present invention provides a duct in which desired wires of both wire groups are connected through the terminals of the terminal block, and is an improvement on the duct for a single wiring bundle of the aforementioned application. The duct of the above-mentioned application has a plurality of rows of wire lead-out holes on one side, and an opening that communicates with each of the wire lead-out holes and is parallel to the lead-out hole row, respectively, formed in the longitudinal direction, and the opening has a A closing door equipped with a locking piece at one end that engages and disengages from the opening edge on the side of the lead-out hole row is pivotally attached to the other end of the opening edge, and also has a cross section C on the top for attaching wiring connection parts. It consists of a cylindrical body 1 having a substantially rectangular cross section in which a mold groove 13 or 43 is formed, and means for attaching the wiring connection parts. A row of wire lead-out holes 3, 3a, the openings 5, 5a communicating with each of the lead-out holes, and the opening/closing doors 11, 11a are formed on both sides 2, 2a of the cylinder 1, respectively, and the inside of the cylinder It is characterized in that a longitudinal partition plate 6 is formed to separate sections along both sides from each other. In this case, the C-shaped cross-section groove may be recessed in the upper surface 7 of the duct, or may be provided protruding from the upper surface. Furthermore, to supplement each member, those with an "a" attached to the number are members on the side surface 2a side and correspond symmetrically to the members on the side surface 2. In addition, 4, 4a are narrower than the holes 3, 3a at the communicating portions between the outlet holes 3, 3a and the openings 5, 5a, and the opening edges 9, 9a on the outlet hole side are connected between the communicating portions ending at the openings. Opening/closing doors 11, 11a are formed and pivotally connected at opening edges 12, 12a at the other end of the opening.
The locking pieces 10, 10a at the other end are adapted to be connected with a snap. Wiring connection parts, i.e. terminal block 8
In order to attach the terminal to the cylindrical body having the recessed C-shaped groove 13, a screw 15 passing through the terminal block and protruding from the bottom of the terminal block is combined with a parallelogram washer 14 which is screwed into the screw. The distance between two parallel sides 16 and 17 of the washer is narrower than the groove width of the C-shaped groove 13, but the distance between the other two parallel sides 18 and 19 is larger than the groove width, and at least one of the parallel sides 16 and 17 passes through the screw hole 24. The length of the diagonal line is longer than the inner diameter of the groove 13. Therefore, circular washers 29 are placed in advance in the notches 28 at both ends of the terminal block, and the screws 15 are mounted so as to protrude from the top of the terminal block, and the washers 14 are screwed onto the screws to prepare the terminal block. Place the washer on the top surface 7 and insert the washer into the groove 13, then tighten the screw 1.
Rotate 5. Initially, the washer also rotates as the screw rotates, but the corners 22 and 23 of the washer are connected to the groove inner wall 20,
21 and the rotation of the washer stops. Thereafter, by turning the screw, the washer comes into contact with the back surface of the inward flange of the groove, fixing the terminal block to the top surface of the cylindrical body. The cylindrical body is attached to its bottom surface 2 after or before the terminal block is attached.
Flanges 26, 2 extending from 5 on both sides in the length direction
Nails are inserted into the perforations 27, 27a of 6a to install it on the vertical surface of a distribution board (not shown).

However, in the present invention, since the wire group 31a of the other system is accommodated in the cavity 30a as well, a desired wire 32a of the latter wire group is pulled out from the lead-out hole 3a as described above, and the other wires of the terminal block 8 are removed. It can be connected to the side terminal 33a. In this way, one electric wire 32 of one system of electric wire bundle and one electric wire 32a of another system of electric wire bundle are housed separately in one cylinder.
and can be easily connected to each other using a common terminal block attached to the cylindrical body. Therefore, with the wiring bundle duct of the present invention, by simply opening the door of the cylindrical body installed on a distribution board, etc. with the terminal block attached, any wire can be pulled out from the wire bundle inside the cylindrical body, and any wire can be routed through the terminal block. Not only can power supply wiring be placed at the demand end of the cylindrical body, but also desired wires from wire bundles of other systems housed in separate cavities of the same cylinder can be interconnected simply via a single terminal block, making wiring easier. Route changes can be made extremely easily. If the upper partition plate is made of an electromagnetic shielding plastic material mixed with a carbon filler, etc., the wire bundles housed in the cavities 30 and 30a can be arranged without mutual noise interference such as induction. , it is possible to reliably and reliably change the wiring route using an extremely simple device.
