As is well known, wiring ducts (hereinafter simply referred to as ducts) are often used in power distribution boards, and are usually used as angles used as the framework of power distribution boards or frame boards fixed to these angles (hereinafter simply referred to as construction materials). ) is fixed inside the switchboard. However, as the number of devices installed on a switchboard increases, it becomes necessary to install ducts that cross each other. For example, it becomes necessary to install another duct that crosses between two ducts that are installed in parallel. Become so. In this case, if the distance between the ducts installed in parallel with each other, and therefore the length of the other duct that spans between these ducts, is short, for example within 1 m, the ducts will not bend due to their own strength. There is no particular need to use construction materials to fix the ducts, and the ducts themselves may be left floating in space, bridging the ducts that are installed side by side.

However, it goes without saying that even such a duct needs to be properly fixed so that it does not move. Therefore, it is conceivable to install a floating stand on the bottom of the duct, or to use appropriate mounting hardware to securely connect the ducts to each other, but in any case, the floating stand and the mounting hardware are In addition, it requires work such as fixing the floating platform to the switchboard or attaching the mounting brackets to the duct, which inevitably increases the number of parts and complicates the work.

An embodiment of this invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes ducts arranged in parallel with each other, each of which is fixed to a construction material, for example, an angle 2. Angle 2
is fixed to a switchboard or the like, and the duct 1 is fixed to this using screws 3. In the example shown, the side wall 4 of the duct 1 has a slit 6 that reaches its upper end.
A large number of strips 7 are provided by providing . A V-shaped groove 8 is provided on the inner surface of the proximal end of each strip 7, and by using this groove 8, any desired number of strips 7 can be easily broken off. The wire entry/exit hole 9 formed by folding this strip can be used to draw out the wire stored in the duct, insert the wire from here, or use it as a connection port at the end of another duct, which will be described later. Use as.
According to this idea, a collar 10 extending in the longitudinal direction of the duct 1 is integrally provided at the lower end of the outer surface of the side wall 4 of the duct 1.

In the above configuration, when the two ducts 1 are fixed with the screws 3 through the holes 3A through the angles 2 as shown in FIG.
When installing another duct 11 across the gap, first install the wire inlet/outlet hole 9 with a width corresponding to the width of the end opening surface of the duct 11 before fixing it.
is formed by breaking off an arbitrary number of strips 7 as described above (see FIG. 3). After this, the duct 11 will be installed. For this purpose, place both ends of the duct 11 on the collar 10 of the duct 1, insert the screw 12 from the duct 11 through the collar 10, and then tighten the nut 13 on the back side. Assigned,
By screwing into this, both ducts 1 and 11 are fixed to each other. Connect both ends of duct 11 to each duct 1
The installation of the duct 11 is completed by fixing it to the collar 10 with the screws 12 as described above. In this way, the duct 11 can be fixed only with the screws 12, so it is extremely simple.

In the configuration shown in the figure, the duct 1 is provided with flanges 10 on both sides, but this is done in consideration of the case where the duct 11 is installed on both sides of the duct 1, but there is also a case where the duct 11 is installed only on one side. In such a case, the collar portion 10 may be provided only on one side of the duct 1. In the example shown in the figure, the duct 11 is provided with a collar 14, so the collar 14 and the collar 10 are
Although they are fixed to each other by screws 12 passing through the duct 11, it is not necessary to provide the flange 14, for example, the bottom wall 11A of the duct 11.
It may be fixed by screws 12 passing through the flange portion 10 and the flange portion 10.

In reality, when fixing with the screws 12, holes are made in the collar 10 using a drill or the like, depending on the location where the duct 11 is installed.
For example, insert multiple holes at appropriate intervals into the flange 1.
0 in advance, the drilling work for the collar portion 10 becomes unnecessary. By drilling the holes in advance in this way, the duct 1 can be fixed to the angle 2 using the screws 3. According to this, the head of the screw 3 is no longer present in the duct 1, so damage to the electric wire due to this head can be avoided, and the hole 3A for the screw 3 is removed from the duct 1.
This is convenient because it does not need to be provided on the bottom wall 1A as shown in FIG. However, in this case, the angle 2 is wider than the width of the duct 1 by the width of the collar 10.
need to be used. Also, duct 11 is duct 1
Similarly, a slit 15 is provided in the side wall of the strip 1.
6 is provided, but it is not necessary to have such a configuration.

When duct 11 is fixed to duct 1 as shown in the figure, if both ducts 1 and 11 are at the same height,
The duct 11 is connected to the duct 1 according to the thickness of the collar portion 10.
However, since this thickness is only about 2 to 4 mm at most, I have never seen it seriously impair the aesthetic appearance. In the example shown in the figure, a duct 1 with strips 7 provided on its side wall is used, but it is not necessary to use a duct with this configuration; for example, a wire entry/exit hole may be formed in advance on the side wall. In the case of a duct, the duct 11 may be installed with the open end face of the duct 11 facing the wire entry/exit hole, or if necessary, the wire entry/exit hole 9 may be formed by cutting the side wall of the duct 1 with a nipper or other tool. You can do it like this.

As detailed above, this invention has a simple configuration in which a flange extending in the longitudinal direction of the duct is provided at the lower end of the outer surface of the side wall of the duct, and another duct can be connected astride the ducts installed in parallel. It has the effect of being easily fixed without requiring any floating stand, mounting fittings, etc.
