DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a formwork material for concrete pouring used in civil engineering and construction work, and its purpose is to easily peel off from the concrete surface after hardening when pouring fresh concrete. At the same time, the formwork provides a smooth and beautiful surface, is lightweight, has excellent workability, saves time and effort in processing and assembly, and can be used repeatedly many times. The purpose is to donate materials.

Therefore, the conventional two types of concrete formwork are generally made of wood boards, plywood, resin plywood, etc., using wooden crosspieces, processed into a certain size to form panels, and assembled on-site.
Attach the vertical end, then the horizontal end, and tighten them together.
They were fixed and used for pouring ready-mixed concrete. After the used formwork panels were removed from the mold, they contained adhesive concrete particles and peeled off, and when they were reassembled, it took a lot of work to process the formwork materials, such as nailing them.

In addition, most of the conventional formwork was made by cutting large plywood plywood to a certain size, and the edges of the formwork exposed the cross-section of the laminate without being protected in any way, allowing water to drain away from the edges. The wood absorbs the wood and swells, deteriorating the adhesive strength of the adhesive used to make the veneer into plywood, significantly reducing the number of times it can be used repeatedly. In addition, during the construction, crosspieces are placed around the plywood plywood to form a formwork panel of a specified size, and vertical crosspieces or vertical steel pipe end pieces are attached to reinforce the plywood to form the desired formwork shape. However, such formwork requires a lot of labor and formwork auxiliary materials for assembly and disassembly, and also requires specialized workers such as carpenters.

The present invention was developed in order to eliminate the disadvantages of the prior art, and in terms of materials, it utilizes unnecessary wood chips and has an integrated formwork with reinforcing crosspieces. In other words, the present invention promises to reduce costs by increasing the number of repeated uses of the formwork material, and to save labor in formwork construction. The gist of this is that short tiered pieces of unnecessary wood are caked and hardened with a resin such as urea, then molded together with a reinforcing lip to replace the vertical end by extrusion molding or a breath molding method, and mold release resin is applied to the surface of the piece. The point is to form a film.

In other words, in the past, real logs were sliced into veneers, which were stacked vertically and horizontally and laminated with adhesive, but in order to reuse resources, a huge amount of veneer is generated, and it is difficult to dispose of it. Utilizing waste materials such as used control panels and water layer fibers such as cut ends of wood, new formwork material for concrete is created, and the work of forming formwork panels in conventional construction is omitted.
It is designed to provide light and durable panels with timbers. There are no particular restrictions on the type of resin used, and the incorporation of inorganic materials within the range permitted by the light weight condition is not prohibited.

In the following, the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 will be described in detail. 1 is a compressed wood layer made by caking and hardening a relatively large amount of short wood fibers with a resin such as urea, and 2 is a fibrous plate-like layer of wood. The mold release resin film 3 is melted and formed on the surface of the molded body, and 3 is a lip reinforcing material for reinforcing against lateral pressure during pouring of fresh concrete as a formwork panel material. In addition, considering workability, the shape is limited to a width of about 600 mm and a few lengths, so that a formwork panel of a predetermined length can be obtained by combining them.

The construction template of the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and in terms of its material, the short length of unnecessary wood is hardened by caking with a resin such as urea, and a resin film is formed on the surface, which also serves as a mold release. Moreover, in its shape, on the back side of the panel, at least 3 to 5 inverted T-shaped reinforcing ribs are molded in one direction and integrally with the plate-shaped molded body, so there is no need for vertical ends. If the horizontal ends are fixed at the required intervals, they will be able to withstand the lateral pressure during pouring of fresh concrete.

Since the panels according to the present invention are individually press-molded or continuously extruded using a mold, their surfaces are coated with a resin film, and unlike conventional control panels, there is no problem caused by moisture absorption. In addition, since the surface is composed of a resin layer, it is very easy to separate from the concrete after hardening, and the surface is smooth and beautiful.

As mentioned above, the present invention utilizes wood wA fibers, caking and hardening them with a resin such as urea, and reinforcing them by molding them integrally with reinforcing ribs, resulting in a lightweight yet strong structure. It can be used immediately as a pre-finished formwork panel.
By using the attached metal fittings together, the workability is improved and special techniques can be significantly omitted, making it possible to improve the anti-f! It can be said that it is a low-cost formwork material that can withstand use.

Also, since the material is wood fiber, it can be cut with a conventional circular saw, so it is said to have good workability. On top of that,
Since the surface is coated with a resin film, the concrete surface is smooth and beautiful, and has good peelability. If molded, it can create various decorative patterns on the concrete surface on external and internal walls. This is also easily conceivable.
