接可能なねじ部材と、該ねじ部材の外周に形成さ
れた多数の歯と、第1部材および第2部材のいず
れかにウエブの一側で軸支されるアジヤストレバ
ーと、該アジヤストレバーに設けられ前記多数の
歯に一方向から前記ねじ部材を回動可能に係合す
る第1レバーと、前記アジヤストレバーに設けら
れ前記ウエブを横断して延び途中にウエブに係合
する係合部を有する第2レバーと、前記一側とは
反対側で第2レバーとウエブとの間に前記一方向
への回動力を与えるように張設されるばねとを備
