れかにウエブの一側で軸支されるアジヤストレバ
ーと、該アジヤストレバーに設けられ前記多数の
歯に一方向から前記ねじ部材を回動可能に係合す
る第１レバーと、前記アジヤストレバーに設けら
れ前記ウエブを横断して延び途中にウエブに係合
する係合部を有する第２レバーと、前記一側とは
反対側で第２レバーとウエブとの間に前記一方向
への回動力を与えるように張設されるばねとを備
