Claims (1)
- デイスク盤検査装置を一定間隔置きに複数並設
し、これら検査装置の前方間に亘つてデイスク盤
搬送装置を設け、この搬送装置を、並設方向に沿
つた一定経路上で往復動自在な複数の可動台と、
これら可動台を前記一定間隔と同ピツチで連結す
る着脱自在な連結体と、各可動台に昇降ならびに
前後出退自在に設けたデイスク盤保持具と、前記
可動台群に連動した往動用シリンダ装置、ならび
に往動用シリンダ装置とから構成したことを特徴
とするデイスク盤順送り装置。
