Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable mass conveyance without occupying much space and in any direction desired by constituting a mechanism which becomes a Z shaped conveying mechanism when a vertical conveying portion and a lower part lateral conveying portion and an upper part lateral conveying portion turn in one body. CONSTITUTION:An inside endless chain 1 is hung around the respective inside chain-wheels of revolving portions B1, E, E', A, C, B2 and an outside endless chain 1 is hung around the respective outside chain-wheels of revolving portions B1, D, D', A, C, B2. Both sides of the front of a container G are respectively connected with two inside endless chains 1, and at the same time, both sides of the lower part are respectively connected with two outside endless chains 1 and are range-provided, so that the container G which shifts horizontally in a lateral-1 direction at a lateral conveying portion is made to rise vertically with a space left and in a state as it is. As for circulation-turning, when the container G passes revolving portions D, E and D', E', the shaft rod of the chain-wheel of the revolving portion is left to be devoid of the middle portion, so it does not occur that the container G's passing is hindered by the shaft rod.

The conveying device of the present invention includes the rotating parts B1, D, E,
D', E', A, C, and B2 are each arranged at the required locations as shown in Fig. 1, and the inner endless chain l is connected to the rotating part B.
1, E, E', A, C, B2, and the outer endless chain 1' is attached to the rotating part - Horse, D, D'.
, A, C, and B2, and connect both sides of the front of the container G to two inner endless chains 1, and connect both rear sides to two outer endless chains 1.
The containers G are arranged in a row and connected to each other, and the containers G are horizontally moved laterally in the lateral transport section, and vertically rise at intervals while remaining unchanged in the rising section of the vertical transport section. It is. In the above, rotating parts, E, D', E
'The middle part of the shaft rod of the chain wheel was removed, and the left and right shaft rods were independent at 6°.
, 6° is to avoid that when the container G passes through the rotating part, the container crosses the middle part of the shaft rod and the passage is obstructed. In this embodiment, the front and rear of the container G The entire length of the container is long compared to the fulcrum spacing, and the front and rear ends of the container also have rotating parts E and D.
Since it crosses the middle part of the shaft rod of o, the rotating parts D, E and Do
, E', the middle part of the shaft is removed to form a cantilevered shaft.

In addition, the reason for providing notches 8 in the tooth ridges 7 of the inner chain wheel 4.4 of the rotating part C at several locations around the circumference through which the connecting fittings 3', 3', which support the rear part of the container pass. Since the teeth of the inner chain wheel 4.4 interfere with the connecting fittings 3'' and 3° when they pass, by cutting several places around the circumference of the inner chain wheel, rotation can be performed without any problem. This is a feature of this device.

In the above circular rotation, the container G moves to the rotating parts D, E and D.
When passing through O and E', the shaft of the chain wheel of the rotating section has an intermediate section missing, so that the container G is not hindered from passing by the shaft, and can pass through the rotating section C. When passing through, the tooth ridges of the inner chain wheels 4, 4 of the rotating part are removed at several points around the circumference, so that the connecting fittings 3°, 3'' between the outer endless chain 1° and the rear of the container are located. By providing the notch 8, the connecting fittings 3 and 31 ride on the inner chain wheel 4.4, and the container G can pass through without any trouble.

By configuring the continuous conveyance device of the present invention as described in detail, the vertical conveyance section, the lower lateral conveyance section, and the upper lateral conveyance section form a Z-shaped conveyance mechanism that rotates together. , both sides of the front of the container are connected to two endless chains on the inside, and both sides of the rear are connected to two endless chains on the outside, and during the transport process, the container moves in an upward position regardless of whether it moves vertically or horizontally. Since the structure is designed to allow loose items to be conveyed continuously and efficiently from the lower part to the upper part or from the F section to the lower part in any forward or reverse direction, the container assumes an upright position during the vertical return stroke. The installation area of the conveyor can be minimized.

When the container is rotated in circulation, the intermediate portions of the shaft rods of at least one pair of the outer chain wheel and the inner chain wheel at the upper and lower ends of the rising part of the vertical conveyance section are removed, and the vertical conveyance section At the intersection of the descending section and the upper lateral conveyance section,
Since a notch is provided for the connecting fitting that connects the outer endless chain and the container to be positioned when the connecting fitting passes through, it has the effect that the circular rotation of the container can be carried out smoothly without any hindrance.
When unloading bulk materials, it can be used for a wide range of purposes, such as transporting earth and sand in underground construction work, and transporting minerals in mines.

Therefore, bulk materials such as powder that are continuously supplied from the belt conveyor H to the upper part of the lower lateral conveyance section are not spilled outside due to the presence of the engaging material 13 that engages with the adjacent container, and are kept inside the container. The loaded container with loose materials moves laterally, then rises vertically in the rising part of the vertical conveyor, then horizontally in the upper lateral conveyor, and the internal loose objects are discharged from the container. and are sequentially discharged onto a conveyor belt located at the bottom of the bell.
