DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Field of Industrial Application) In recent years, there has been a growing demand for demolition work of structures in urban areas, demolition work of atomic couplants, etc. to be carried out without vibration or noise. The present invention relates to a construction method for safely and economically crushing a structure by providing a crushing function to the structure in advance when crushing a structure that strictly requires vibration-free and noise-free. .

(Prior art) Currently known static crushing methods involve drilling holes in the concrete frame of a structure and then injecting an expanding agent (static crushing agent) into the holes to crush the concrete. There are four methods: a method in which the inner wall of the hole is fractured by applying hydraulic or water pressure after drilling, and a method in which the inner wall of the hole is fractured using a water jet.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, all of the conventional static crushing methods described above, except for those using water jets, require drilling a large number of holes in the concrete frame of the structure. In addition to requiring a lot of labor and time, the drilling process also generates vibration and noise.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the present invention, a tubular member having a cross-sectional shape that expands due to internal pressure is buried in advance in the concrete frame of the structure. At the time of crushing, internal pressure is applied to the tubular member to expand the tubular member, thereby crushing the structure.

(Function) As described above, in the present invention, a tubular member having a cross-sectional shape that expands due to internal pressure is buried in a concrete frame in advance when constructing a structure, and when the structure is crushed, water pressure or pressure is applied to the tubular member. Since the structure is crushed by applying internal pressure such as hydraulic pressure to expand this tubular member, there is no need to drill numerous holes in the concrete frame as in conventional construction methods.

Therefore, according to the present invention, the large amount of labor and time required for drilling work is completely unnecessary, so the efficiency of this type of crushing work can be significantly improved, and the vibration and noise accompanying the drilling work are also eliminated. Therefore, the vibration-free and noise-free effects can be further enhanced.

In this embodiment, a tubular member 2 having a cross-sectional shape that expands due to internal pressure, as shown in detail in FIG.
When the structure was buried in a pinch and a water pressure of 400 kg/cm2 was applied inside the tubular member 2, the structure was destroyed without vibration or noise as the tubular member 2 expanded. I was able to crush it.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, in the present invention, the tubular member 2 having a cross-sectional shape that expands due to internal pressure is buried in the concrete frame 1 in advance when constructing the structure, and the tubular member 2 is buried in the concrete frame 1 when the structure is crushed. Since the structure is fractured by applying internal pressure such as water pressure or hydraulic pressure to the tubular member 2 to expand it, it is necessary to drill a large number of holes in the concrete 11 as in the conventional construction method. disappears.
