ン、オフ動作する一方の対における上段の出力ト
ランジスタと他方の対における下段の出力トラン
ジスタとをチヨツパ制御による連続的なパルス列
からなる駆動信号によつて駆動させる手段をとる
とともに、各対における上段の出力トランジスタ
のベースに向かつて順方向となるように設けられ
たダイオードを通して前記駆動信号を上段の出力
トランジスタに与える手段とをとるようにしたこ
