接部の耐圧を確認するために好適な耐圧試験′!A置に

従来の配管の耐圧試験方法としては特開昭56−799

作しその時の給水管の分岐点及び末端部の差圧を測定し
漏洩箇所を検出しているため試験の段取り準備、配管に
接続している弁のシート面のすり合わせ等が発生し、手
間や工数増加となる欠点があった。その従来例が第3図
に示す。同図に示されているようにノズル1継手溶接部
の耐圧試験は耐圧ポンプ11から耐圧ライン10を介し

より配管を取替えた後継手溶接肉盛の耐圧試験を行い、
耐圧試験は耐圧の対象となる溶接肉盛をはさんでノズル
の内面に挿入し、プラグの両端には圧力に耐えるための
シートパッキングを装着させ、シートパッキングは固定
ナットを回転締付けることにより圧縮されノズル内面と
密着するように組込まれた状態で水入口管より水を入れ
圧力を加えることにより溶接肉盛の耐圧を確認出来るこ
