材１５内と各水タンク５内とが各々オーバーフロ
ー溝１７で連通されると共に、樋状部材１５の最
底部に排水口１８が形成され、各水タンク５内の
水が所定量以上になるとオーバーフロー溝１７、
樋状部材１５及び排水口１８を介して排出される
