- 鍋等を加熱するヒーター１と、このヒーター１
の中央部に配設した鍋底温度検知器４と、温度設
定を行う温度設定手段１１と、この温度設定手段
１１からの出力と前記鍋底温度検知器４からの出
力とを比較する比較器１２と、この比較器１２の
出力で前記ヒーター１の通電をコントロールする
通電制御手段１３を備えた電気こんろにおいて、
前記通電制御手段１３によるヒーター１への通電
停止を解除する解除スイツチ１４を備えたことを
特徴とする電気こんろ。
