Claims (1)
- 一方の側壁を開閉自在の扉で形成したチヤンバ
内側のトウ通路上方に蒸気ノズルを、また下方に
排気パイプをそれぞれ配設したトウの蒸熱処理装
置において、上記の蒸気ノズルに蒸気を供給する
ための蒸気パイプに冷却用空気パイプを接続し、
この接続部の供給側の蒸気パイプおよび冷却用空
気パイプにそれぞれ蒸気用電磁弁および冷却空気
用電磁弁を介設し、上記の扉にその開閉用エアシ
リンダを連結し、この開閉用エアシリンダに接続
されている扉開閉用空気パイプに扉開閉用電磁弁
を介設し、これら蒸気用電磁弁、冷却空気用電磁
弁および扉開閉用電磁弁を機台の起動、停止に連
動して開閉し、その起動時に冷却用空気の供給を
断つて扉を閉じると共に蒸気を供給し、その停止
時に扉を開き、蒸気の供給を断つて冷却用空気を
供給するようにしたことを特徴とするトウの蒸熱
処理装置。
