(B) Prior art A heat insulating box body in which an inner box with a front opening is assembled inside an outer box with an opening on the front, which is constructed by combining a bottom wall with a side wall and a back wall, and a heat insulating material is foamed and filled between the two boxes. In order to shorten the time for forming the heat insulating material, a stock solution of foamable polyurethane resin is injected in liquid form into the space between the two boxes. In this foaming method, an inner box and an outer box are combined, and the injection nozzle is inserted through the foamable polyurethane resin stock solution injection port provided on the upper wall of the outer box with the front opening facing upward. In between, the stock solution is injected in liquid form.

In this method, a large amount of the polyurethane stock solution directly collides with the joint between the bottom wall of the outer box and the side wall of the outer box, and there is a risk of leakage from this joint, so it is necessary to seal this part more thoroughly. In addition, the undiluted solution coming out of the nozzle collides directly with the outer box before it spreads, causing the outer box to deform at that part.
Moreover, the above-mentioned bonding defects are likely to occur. This is more noticeable in the above-mentioned method in which the injection foaming pressure is higher than in the method in which the polyurethane stock solution is injected in the form of foam.

(d) Structure The present invention has an injection port on the top wall of the outer box for injecting the stock solution of the foam insulation material corresponding to the space between the side wall of the inner box and the side wall of the outer box. The inner box is provided with a flange that approaches the side wall of the outer box, and a baffle plate that projects inward from the side wall of the outer box away from the distance between the flange and the side wall of the outer box in accordance with this distance. By preventing the raw solution discharged from the injection nozzle inserted into the inlet from directly colliding with the bottom wall of the outer box, leakage of the insulation material, prevention of deformation of the outer box, and reinforcement of the inner box are achieved.

(E) Example In Figures 1 and 2, 1 has an opening 2 in the front.
As shown in FIG. 1, the outer box 3 is assembled with a metal inner box 4 having an opening at the front inside a metal outer box 3 having an opening at the front. Insert the injection nozzle 6 of the foaming machine into the injection ports 5, 5 formed on the left and right sides of the upper wall 3A, and inject the stock solution of foamable insulation material such as polyurethane in liquid form into the space between the outer box 3 and the inner box 4. Forms a heat insulating layer. The side walls of the outer box 3 and inner box 4 corresponding to the injection ports 5, 5 are
The structure is as shown in the figure. That is, the injection port 5 is provided corresponding to the interval formed between the side wall 3B of the outer box 3 and the side wall 4B of the inner box 4, and the inner box 4 is provided with a gap formed between the side wall 3B of the outer box 3 and the side wall 4B of the inner box 4. An upper flange 7 is formed by joining the upward flange 4D formed over the length and the upper end of the side wall 4B, and extends substantially perpendicularly toward the upper wall 3A of the outer box while maintaining a distance from the upper wall 3A of the outer box.
The outer box is formed by joining the outward flange 4E formed at the lower end of the side wall 4B over its length and the end of the bottom wall 4C of the inner box 4, maintaining a distance P from the side wall 3B of the outer box. The lower flange 8 extends toward the side wall 3B. On the other hand, the outer box 3 is composed of a bottom wall 4C whose joints are sealed with a sealing material 9 to the side walls 3B and the back wall.
From there, a baffle plate 10 is located between the lower flange 8 and the bottom wall 3C of the outer case 4, and extends substantially horizontally inward for a length longer than the distance P, corresponding to the distance P between the lower flange 8 and the side wall 3B of the outer case. stands out. This baffle plate 10 has a length approximately equal to the length of the interval P, that is, approximately the length of the lower flange 8. This distance P is between both side walls 3B and 4B.
When the distance between is 60mm, it is about 10mm.

In this configuration, the nozzle 6 inserted into the injection port 5
When an undiluted solution such as polyurethane is injected from the flange 8, most of the undiluted solution collides with the lower flange 8, a part is discharged into the gap P, and the part that passes through the gap P collides with the baffle plate 10 and forms a wall between the bottom wall 3C and side wall 3B. Direct collisions with joints are prevented. The injected stock solution flows downward in liquid form and foams, filling the space between the inner box 4 and the outer box 3 with a heat insulating material layer. In this case, the lower flange 8, the baffle plate 10, and the upper flange 7 are buried in this insulation layer, so they act to maintain the strength of the outer box 3 and the inner box 4, and the upper flange 7 becomes an obstacle to the insertion of the nozzle 6. Rather, it can be used as a guide for insertion. Moreover, since the upper flange 7 and the lower flange 8 are buried in the heat insulating material, it is effective in preventing rust at the ends thereof. In addition, the flanges 7 and 8 and the baffle plate 10 also act as members to obstruct horizontal foam growth during the foam growth process of the heat insulating material layer, so when the heat insulating material layer grows, a large amount flows to the area with less resistance, increasing the foam density. It also has the effect of preventing misalignment from occurring.

Incidentally, the same effect can be obtained even if the baffle plate 10 is provided at the dotted line position 10' in FIG.

(d) Effects Since the present invention is constructed as described above, it is possible to prevent the foam insulation material from directly colliding with the joint between the side wall and the bottom wall of the outer box, and the sealing of this joint is relatively simple. In addition, since a large amount of the undiluted solution does not collide with one place on the outer box, deformation such as bulging of the outer box can be prevented. Further, since the upper and lower flanges and baffle plates suppress the lateral movement of the foamed heat insulating material, uneven density of the foamed heat insulating material can also be suppressed, which is preferable in terms of the heat insulation effect. In addition, the upper and lower flanges and baffle plates act as reinforcement for the outer box and inner box, completing a heat-insulating box with great strength.
