At the same time, the seam allowance 2a of the lower cloth 2 is first bent downward by the guiding slope 31 of the lower cloth folding part 07B, and then supported by the action of the guiding slope 31 of the lower cloth folding member 7B. Part 781 and cloth dividing part 2 of cloth dividing member 7△
It is folded back by 180 degrees and arranged between the side surfaces of 8 and 8. This folding is performed along the seam line located below the presser tongue piece 25 (see FIG. 9). The folded portions of the seam allowances 1a and 2a of both the cloths 1 and 2 folded back in this manner are guided along the presser tongue piece 25 to the tip of the output horn 8A. As shown in FIG. 2, the tip of the output horn 8A is inclined upward to the right, so that the folded portions of the seam allowances 1a and 2a can easily connect the tip of the output horn 8A and the anvil 49. It is possible to get in between.

Cloth 1 by applying ultrasonic vibration from this ultrasonic generator 8.
The heat generation of 2 occurs in the cloths 1 and 2 only when the cloths 1 and 2 are held between the output horn 8A and the anvil 49, so unlike the conventional electric heating element, instantaneous heating and instantaneous Heat dissipation can be realized, and the heat m can also be easily controlled by changing the frequency.

従って、その温度制御が容易で、作業性が向上される。Therefore, temperature control is easy and workability is improved.

Further, at the same time as the ultrasonic vibration is applied to the cloth 1.2, water in the water supply channel 50 is emitted toward the cloth in the form of a spray due to the vibration of the output horn 8A, and the water is heated by the heat. By doing so, a steam ironing effect is imparted, and the folds 3 are formed more effectively.

(Effects of the Invention) That is, according to the present invention, immediately after the upper fabric and the lower fabric are sewn together by the operation of the sewing machine, the guiding means sequentially moves the seam allowances of both sides in opposite directions as the stitching moves. Immediately after the folding, the ultrasonic vibration of the output horn of the ultrasonic generator is applied along the folding line, and the cloth itself in contact with the output horn generates heat. Creases are created by the ironing effect of heat, and ultrasonic vibrations from an ultrasonic generator are used to create the creases, which generates heat in the fabric itself, unlike conventional methods using electric heating elements. It is possible to achieve instantaneous heating and instantaneous heat dissipation, and the amount of heat can be easily controlled by changing the vibration frequency, improving workability, and since the output horn itself does not generate heat. , on the same horn! Al1 The fear of burns caused by touching the hands and fingers of al1 workers, and the fear of scorching and fire caused by contact with cloth are eliminated, and there is an effect that safety in use is improved.
