抜け難くかつ回転自在に嵌設した筒状のキヤツプ
2と、容器1の非回転のバルブステム11に嵌着
するとともに噴射通路31を穿つた押ボタン3と
、基部を噴射通路31に接続して押ボタン3に固
定したノズル4と、押ボタン3の動作の能否を選
択制御する押ボタン制御具を有してなり、キヤツ
プ2はノズル4の遊挿が自在な窓穴21をそなえ
、押ボタン3はキヤツプ2の筒内に位置するとと
もにキヤツプ2の頂部の開口に遊挿された押板3
2およびキヤツプ2の内周に沿つて形成しかつ前
部に開放部33を設けた筒壁34をそなえ、ノズ
ル4はその直状における嘴端41と押ボタン3の
軸心間の距離がキヤツプ2の半径より長くかつ
屈曲してキヤツプ2に収容可能な長さをもつ直状
