Abstract

PURPOSE:To extremely improve the operability and safety of automobile by holding automatically the calls received from the remote side when the ringing tones are delivered by the prescribed frequency while a vehicle is running. CONSTITUTION:The radio wave signals received from the remote side are demodulated by the receiver 11 of a radio equipment 10 and supplied to a control circuit 21. A counter 22 is actuated if a deciding signal showing the running mode of the automobile is supplied from a run deciding circuit 40. When the count value of the counter 22 reaches a prescribed level, the telephone calls are automatically held. Then the ringing tones of a speaker 26 are stopped and an indicator lamp 25 is flickered to inform a holding state to the driver of the car. The driver stops his/her car in a safe place and picks up a handset to have a normal call with the remote side.

In FIGS. 3 and 4, the conventional car telephone includes a wireless device 1, a telephone 2 connected to the wireless device 1 via a telephone line 01゜a2, and a wireless bag! ! ! 1 and a response hold button 3 connected to the answer hold button 3 via a response hold signal line Q3. (Car phone that turns your car into an office, pamphlet published by the Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation, June 1984, No. 6)
In this conventional car telephone, a signal from the other party received by the wireless device 1 is transmitted to the telephone set 2 via the telephone line Q1 to generate a ringing tone. When the driver of the car is unable to pick up the receiver, when the driver presses a response hold button 3, the other party can be notified of the hold. For example, by operating the response hold button 3, a response hold signal is output, a telephone line is once connected, and a voice on hold is generated.

Means for solving the D0 problem The above problem consists of a discriminating means for discriminating whether the vehicle is running or not, and a call signal that is emitted by a predetermined method when the discriminating means determines that the vehicle is running. This can be solved by providing a response suspension signal output means that counts the number of times and outputs a response suspension signal.

81 action determining means determines whether the vehicle is currently running or not. When it is determined that the vehicle is running, the number of call signals is counted. When the calling signal is counted a predetermined number of times, a response hold signal is output, the call from the other party is automatically put on hold, and, for example, a message is sent to the other party to the effect that the answer is on hold.

The control circuit 21 supplies a signal to the speaker 26 based on the calling signal from the other party to generate a ringing tone. At this time, if a discrimination signal indicating that the car is running is inputted to the control circuit 21 from the running discrimination circuit 4o, the counter 22 is activated and is incremented by 1 each time a call signal is generated. . When the count value of the counter 22 reaches a predetermined value, for example 5, the switch drive circuit 23 is activated, turns on the switch 24, and sends a response hold signal to the control circuit 21.

As a result, the control circuit 21 automatically puts the telephone call from the other party on hold, stops the ringing sound from the speaker 26, and lights up the indicator lamp 25 to notify the driver of the hold state. The control circuit 21 also controls the response hold signal line Q.
3, the voice synthesizer 13 in the wireless device 10 is activated, and a message is sent to the other party via the transmitter 12 to the effect that the response is on hold. In order to prevent the driver from forgetting the hold state, the control circuit 21 causes the speaker 26 to generate a warning sound at preset intervals even after stopping the ringing sound.
