供給循環させ、電導度計にて極液の電導度を測定
し、純水を供給・停止することにより極液の電導
度を調整する極液管理装置に於いて、極液供給通
路を極液タンクと排液タンクの２ケ所に分岐し、
かつそれぞれに前記電導度計と連結した電磁弁を
