形成した首部と、この首部の下側にあつて首部よ
り広く形成し、且つ生体の皮膚面に接触する底面
に凹凸部が形成された底部とを有する合成樹脂製
電極素子の基材の外表面に金属の粉末がコーテイ
ングされて導電性が付与されたことを特徴とする
