ルス発生回路と、 指令速度に応じたパルス列を発生する指令速度
パルス発生回路と、 ヘツドが磁気テープから信号を読み取つている
間は前記実速度パルス列を用いて速度誤差信号を
発生し、ヘツドが磁気テープから信号を読み取つ
