構４の切換操作をそれぞれ変速レバー１２と切換
レバー１４の回動動作によつて行う伝動装置の変
速操作構造において、垂直なガイドプレート２６
に形成される二つの円弧部２７ａ，２７ｂと、こ
の円弧部２７ａ，２７ｂを連通する縦溝部２７ｃ
のガイド溝２７からなるガイド機構２４によつて
案内されて支持軸１６の回りを回動し、かつ、伸
縮する操作レバー１５を設け、この操作レバー１
５の回動によつて前記支持軸１６に嵌合されてい
る変速アーム１７を回動させ、伸縮によつて同じ
くこの支持軸１６に嵌合されている切換アーム１
８を連結ロツド２３を介してスライドさせるよう
構成するとともに、変速アーム１７は前記変速レ
バー１２と、切換アーム１８は前記切換レバー１
