心より上方位置でＸ軸用エンコーダ１１のローラ
１２、Ｙ軸用エンコーダ１３のローラ１４および
スペーサ５に取付けた案内ローラ１５が接触する
ように配設すると共に、スペーサ５と筐状枠体１
の上枠板２との間に固定した磁石４によつて鉄製
ボール８を着磁し、これにより上記接触箇所に接
圧を付与し、また下枠板９には鉄製ボール８と協
働して筐状枠体１を被検体表面１９上で移動自在
とする二つ以上の案内ボール１６，１６を設けて
