Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent water condensation on a substrate and also prevent staining or damaging the window and wall of a chamber in which the main body of a device is installed by providing, near the drain water outlet section for the drain water from the indoor side to the outdoor side of a water receiving tray, part of a condenser outlet piping so as to make the part contact the base. CONSTITUTION:Near the drain water outlet section 19 for the drain water flowing from the indoor side to the outdoor side of a water receiving tray part of the outlet piping 13 of a condenser is provided so as to make the part contact a base 5. With this arrangement even if very cold drain water flows out from the drain water outlet section 19 of the water receiving tray, the water flow at once comes in contact with the condenser outlet piping 13 which is provided to contact the base 5 to raise the temperature of the drain water. As a result no condensation occurs by cooling the substrate with cold drain water and there is no need to provide newly a special part of a heat insulating material to be pasted on the base 5. And, it is possible to prevent staining the appearance of the window and wall of a chamber in which the main body of a packaged air conditioner is installed with the condensation water or damaging them.

That is, in the figure, an integrated air conditioner 101 has a main body composed of a substrate 102, a bulkhead 103 on the substrate 102 that divides indoor and outdoor areas, an outer box 104, and the like. ! An evaporator 105 and a water tray 106 constituting a well-known refrigeration cycle are provided on the substrate 102 on the indoor side.
A sirocco fan 10B is attached to send air to 05. On the outdoor side, a condenser 109 is provided on the back side, and a propeller 7 amp 111 with a ring 110 for sending air to the condenser 109 is attached to one end of the fan motor 107. 112 is a compressor, and by operating this compressor 112, the refrigeration cycle functions, and the evaporator 105 cools the indoor air, drain water flows down onto the water tray 106, and the water tray 106 at the bulkhead 103 position. drain water outlet 113 and drain water flow path 11 of the substrate 102
4, the hedren water is guided from the bottom of the ring 110 of the propeller fan 111, and is stirred up by this ring 110 and sent to the condenser 109 by the wind.
It adheres to and evaporates.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the above structure, cold drain water flows from the drain water outlet 113 of the water tray 106 to the drain water channel 114 of the substrate 102.
When draining, the substrate 102 is cooled and dew condenses on the lower surface of the drain water channel 114 of the substrate 102.

In particular, if the rotation direction of the propeller fan 111 is such that wind pressure is applied to the drain water flow path 114 (rotation to the left when viewed from the back), the drain flowing out from the drain water outlet 113 of the water tray 106 to the drain water flow path 114 Since the water is pushed back by wind pressure, the very cold drain water that has just flowed out from the drain water outlet 113 does not flow and stagnates, causing the substrate 102
locally strongly cools down, causing significant dew condensation.

This condensation not only dampens the windows and walls on which the integrated air conditioner is installed, damaging their appearance, but also causes corrosion if the windows and walls are made of wood or the like.

Effect The effect of this technical means is as follows. That is,
By installing a part of the condenser outlet piping in contact with the board near the outdoor drain water outlet of the water pan, when very cold drain water flows out from the drain water outlet of the water pan, it immediately hits the board. The temperature of the drain water rises when it touches the condenser outlet pipe that is in contact with it. As a result, the board is cooled by the cold drain water, and no condensation occurs. There is no need to install additional parts such as attaching insulation material to the board, and the appearance of windows and walls where the integrated air conditioner is installed is eliminated. will no longer be contaminated or damaged by condensation water.

In the above configuration, the cold drain water generated in the evaporator 15 passes through the water tray 18, passes through the drain water outlet section 19 under the bulkhead 6, and flows out to the outdoor side of the substrate 5. The cold drain water that flows out immediately comes into contact with the outlet pipe 13 of the high temperature condenser 7 provided in contact with the substrate 5, and the temperature of the drain water rises. Further, the refrigerant flowing inside the outlet pipe 13 is cooled by the cooling effect of the drain water.
